糖尿病视网膜病变出院患者家庭护理指导的临床作用

目的 探讨对糖尿病视网膜病变出院患者进行护理指导的作用.方法 将96例糖尿病视网膜病变出院患者分为观察组和对照组,各48例.观察组有计划的进行电话回访;对照组出院前做好出院指导.回访后12个月对两组进行问卷调查.结果 经过电话回访式护理指导的患者家庭护理质量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 电话回访式健康教育有助于改变糖尿病视网膜病变出院患者的行为方式,控制血糖延缓糖尿病视网膜病变的进展.

Effect of telephone interview in family nursing for discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy

Objetive To explore the effect of telephone visit in family nursing for discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy .Methods 96 cases of diabetic retinopathy were assigned two groups： 48 cases in survey group,48 cases in control group, Planed telephone visit was done in survey group and only hospital instruction was done in control group. Questionnaire survey was conducted in two groups after 12 months. Results Survey group achieved better effects in the quality of family nursing than control group and there was obviously difference （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Telephone interview can contribute to improve the activation way of discharged patients with diabetic retinopathy, and control the blood sugar so as to delay the development of diabetic retinopathy.
