泪道探通联合硅胶管植入术治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎的疗效观察

目的观察泪道探通联合硅胶管植入术治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对30例(32眼)慢性化脓性泪囊炎患者行泪道探通联合硅胶管植入术,术后随访3-6个月。结果植入成功率100%。4眼于术后4～7d发生阻塞,及时行泪道冲洗后恢复通畅。硅胶管留置期间,其中溢泪、溢脓症状完全消除28眼,另外4眼仍有轻度溢泪。取出硅胶管后复发5眼占15%,治愈23眼,好转4眼,总有效率84%。结论应用硅胶管植入术治疗慢性化脓性泪囊炎手术时间短,出血少,安全性高,具有肯定的临床效果。值得推广。

Combination of high-frequency electrolacryocystoplasty and silicone intubation for chronic dacryocystitis

Objetive To evaluate the effect of lacrimal stent placement for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 30 patients （32 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis received nasolacrimal stent placement. The period of postoperative follow-up was 3 to 6 months. Results The success rate of the stent placement was 100%. Despite obstruction in four eyes occurred in 4 to 7 days postoperatively, the nasolacrimal ducts became patent after the irrigation of the lacrimal passages. The symptoms completely disappeared in 28 eyes, and partially improved in 4 eyes. After the extraction of the stents, the symptoms recurred in 5 eyes （15%）. The operation was finally successful in 23 eyes and improved in 4 eyes. The totally effective rate was 84%.Conclusion The interventional nasolacrimal stent placement is a safe, simple and effective method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
