肿瘤病人健康教育管理方法的探讨

目的探讨肿瘤病人的健康教育管理方法。方法①建立医院健康教育管理架构;②完善健康教育质控体系,由主管护士-科护长-护理部主任和专职质量督导员负责;③保证健康教育的实施细则;④加强健康教育专员技能的培训,以点带面实行多元化的健康教育方法。结果2007年住院的肿瘤病人健康知识知晓率为98%,行为形成率为80%,与2006年90%相比,知识知晓率提高了8%。病人对护理质量的投诉明显减少。护士重视自身素质及基础理论知识的提高,参加继续教育护士人数明显增加。结论加强肿瘤病人健康教育管理对护士学习积极性有促进作用,有利于提高护理质量。

DISCUSS THE MANAGE METHOD OF TUMOR PATIENT'S HEALTH EDUCATION

Objective Discuss the management methods of the health education to tumor patients. Methods （1）Establish the management structure of the hospital health education. （2） improve health education quality control system, in charge by for nurses - head nurses - director of the department nursing and the professional quality proctor. （3） Guarantee the source of funding. （4） Strengthen healthy education commissioner for skill training. And implementation of a wide range of health education methods. Results In 2007 is hospitalized tumor patient healthy knowledge knowing rate is 98%, the behavior speed of formation is 80%, 90% compares with 2006, knowledge knowing rate enhanced 8%. The quality of patient care complaints decreased significantly. The nurses pay attention to their quality and improve the basic theory of knowledge. The number of nurse who takes part in the continuing education increases significantly. Conclusion Strengthen the tumor patient health education management plays a catalytic role on the enthusiasm of nurse＇ studies, and make advantageous in the enhancement nursing quality.
