20002004年5岁以下儿童意外死亡监测结果分析

目的:了解宁夏5岁以下儿童意外死亡的现状与特点。方法:分析20002004年5岁以下儿童意外死亡类别及相关因素。结果:儿童意外死亡为5岁以下儿童死亡的第3位原因,其主要为意外窒息、交通意外、溺水,意外窒息主要发生在婴儿。婴儿意外死亡,山区高于川区,14岁儿童意外死亡,川区高于山区。儿童意外死亡,男孩多于女孩。结论:意外死亡作为儿童期可避免的死亡指标,应加大宣传力度,提高群众自我保健和防范意识,最大限度地降低儿童因意外造成的死亡,提高儿童生存水平。

Analysis on supervising results of unexpected death for the children under the age of 5 in Ningxia from 2000 to 2004

Objective:To understand current situation and characteristic of unexpected death for the children under the age of 5 in Ningxia from 2000 to 2004..Methods:To analyze relevant factors such as the classification of unexpected death for the children under the age of 5.Results:Unexpected death was the third reason in the death of children under the age of 5.The main causes were suffocating in surprise,death traffic accident and drowned,suffocating in surprise took place in the baby mainly.The baby died unexpectedly,in the mountain area was higher than in the plain district.But the children from 1 to 4 died unexpectedly,the plain district was higher than the mountain area.The children died unexpectedly,boys exceeded girls.Conclusion:Unexpected death as an unexpected death index of children that could avoid,should devote more efforts to propagating,keep healthy and take precautions against consciousness to improve the masses oneself.Reduce children death fact because of surprise in the maximum extent.Improve the existence level of the child of our region.
