老年妇女卵巢肿瘤107例临床分析

目的：探讨老年妇女卵巢肿瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性分析2001年1月-2007年12月107例老年妇女卵巢肿瘤的临床资料。结果：107例患者中,术前合并症多;病检良性肿瘤74例,交界性肿瘤5例,恶性肿瘤25例,转移性肿瘤3例;卵巢良性病变者行单侧或双侧附件或全子宫加双附件切除术;恶性病变者行肿瘤细胞减灭术;老年患者术后恢复慢。结论：老年妇女卵巢恶性肿瘤发生率高,发现卵巢肿瘤后应尽早手术,重视围手术期处理。

Clinical Analysis on 107 cases of Ovarian Tumor in old Women

Objective： To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of elder women with ovarian tumor. Methods：To analyse 107 cases of clinical data of older women with ovarian tumors from January 2001 to December 2007 retrospectively. Resuits：Among 107 cases of patients, there were many preoperative complications. Through biopsy,there were 74 cases of benign tumor, 5 case of borderline tumor, 25 cases of malignant tumor and 3 cases of metastatic tumor. Ovarian benign lesions were gived excision of single or double attachment, or hysterectomy adding excision of double attachment. Malignant lesions were gived cy- toreductive surgery. Postoperative recovery of elder women were slow. Conclusion： The incident rate of elder women with malig- nant ovarian tumor were high. Ovarian tumor should be given operation as soon as possible, and paid attention to perioperative management.
