摘    要:目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定积雪草挥发油中石竹烯含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:HP-5Ms石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm);FID检测器;柱温:初温90℃(保持5min)以10℃/min升至170℃(保持5min)以40℃/min升至250℃(保持2min);进样器温度:235℃;检测器温度:270℃;载气:N2;流速:1.2ml.min-1;分流比:1∶10;内标:萘。结果:石竹烯在0.02255~0.3608mg.ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.26%。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为积雪草挥发油质量控制方法之一。

Abstract:Objective:To was establisha method for the determination of Caryophyllene in Volatile Oil from Centella asiatica(L).Urb.by Capillary GC.Methods: Chromatographic Column:HP-5Ms Capillary Column(30 m×0.25 mm);Detector: FID;Column temperature: 90℃ for the first 5 min,up to 170℃ at the rate of 10℃/min,for 5 min,then up to 250℃ at the rate of 40℃/min,for 2 min;injector temperature: 235℃;detector temperature: 270℃;Carrier gas: N2;Flow rate: 1.2ml.min-1;Split ratio: 1:10;Internal standard: naphthalene.Result: There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range 0.02255~0.3608mg.ml-1(r = 0.9999).The mean recovery of the Caryophyllene was 99.26%.Conclusion: The method appeares to be accurate,rapid and simple.It can be applied to the quality control of Volatile Oil in Centella asiatica(L).Urb.
