超滤在婴儿先心病体外循环手术中应用效果的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察超滤在婴儿先心病体外循环手术应用后与不用超滤在类似病例同样手术方法后临床效果的差异。方法:选择20例先心病室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压的婴儿进行体外循环下手术,将其随机分为2组,1组进行超滤,另1组不超滤作为对照组,观察2组间术后胸腔引流量、呼吸机使用时间、术后监护室治疗时间有无差别。结果:超滤组术后呼吸机使用时间、术后监护室治疗时间明显减少。结论:超滤在婴儿先心病体外循环手术中的应用可缩短术后呼吸机使用时间,加快术后康复速度。

Abstract:Objective To observe effects of ultrafiltration for optimizing the use of cardiopulmonary bypass in infants with congenital heart defects. Methods Twenty infants with congenital heart defect (ventricular septal defect complicated with pulmonary hypertension) were randomly divided into two groups (one group used ultrafiltration and the other not). The pleurorrhea, the time using respirator, the time spent in ICU after operation were observed. Results There was less time spent in ICU and less time using respirator in the group used ultrfiltration. Conclusion During the operation with cardiopulmrary bypass, using ultrafiltration on the infants with congenital heart defect can reduce the time using respirator and the time spent in ICU.
