白血病患者生活质量评价

目的:探讨白血病患者生活质量变化及影响因素,评估疾病和治疗对患者生活质量的影响。方法:用生活质量问卷(EORTC-QLQ)及其它调查表等对82例白血病患者及20例健康者进行评定。结果:白血病患者生活质量接受化疗后优于新发优于复发,方差分析提示白血病患者生活质量影响最大的是情绪功能和认知功能及经济困难等。主要症状是乏力、纳差、恶心呕吐、呼吸困难、疼痛。结论:白血病患者生活质量受多种因素影响。给予有效的干预措施对提高生活质量具有重要的意义。

Evaluation for the quality of life of leukemia patients

Objective: To explore the quality of life (QOL) and its iufluential factors for leukemia patients. Methods: Total of 82 cases of leukemia patients and 20 healthy people were investigated with Quality of Life Questionnaire (EORTC-QLQ). Results: QOL of leukemia patients received chemotherapy was better than that of patients just diagnosed. The worst QOL existed in relapsed patients. Statistics analysis indicated the emotion and recognizing ability were mostly affected the leukemia patients. The main impact factors included the clinical symptoms such as fatigue, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea and pain, as well as low financial support. Conclusion:Many factors contribute to influence the QOL of leukemia patients. The efficient interfere should be given to improve the QOL for leukemia patients.
