| 摘 要： | 目的研究川芎提取物对离体大鼠胸主动脉血管环的作用及其作用机制。方法制取Wistar大鼠胸主动脉血管外,经生物信号采集与分析系统测定血管环张力的变化。结果川芎提取物对血管环具有明显的直接舒张作用;能明显减小苯肾上腺素(PE)对血管环引起的收缩幅度;此舒张作用可被一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-硝基精氨酸抑制。结论川芎提取物对血管环具有明显的直接舒张作用并能抑制PE对血管环所引起的收缩作用。该作用机制可能与NO有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort on isolated rat thoracic aorta and study its pos-sible mechanisms.Methods The isolated thoracic aortas removed from Wistar rats were prepared in the circular form and studied in isolated organ bath.Isometric tensions of the vascular rings were measured withbiological signal analytical system.Results The direct relaxation effect of extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort on vascular rings was observed.The contraction of the vascular rings induced by phenylephrine(PE) was significantly inhibited by extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.These effects were inhibited by NG-nitrio-L-arginine(L-NA),NO synthesis inhibitor.Conclusion The extract of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort can potentiate the relaxation,which may be related with NO. |
