| 摘 要： | 目的培养适合于新的护理模式需要的新型护理人才,从实习期间注重其科研能力的培养。方法采用自行设计的护生科研能力调查问卷,对在院实习期间护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科实习生对护理科研没有明确认识,缺乏相关知识,通过系统指导护生科研水平显著提高。结论通过一系列措施提高护理本科护生科研能力的举措十分必要。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop new nursing personnel to meet the needs of new nursing models and focus on research capacity during the period of clinical practices. Methods The self-designed questionnaire research capability of nursing students was conducted.
