| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨May钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折的优越性及治疗要点。方法 对33例胫骨远端骨折用May钢板治疗，按AO分型：A12例，A25例，A37例，C17例，C28例，C34例。结果 33例平均随访23.5个月。骨折全部愈合，功能评价参照Ovadia标准，总的优良率为90.91%，其中C型19例，优良率为84.22%。结论 胫骨远端骨折应积极手术治疗；May钢板有两种形状，应根据骨折的不同类型选用胫侧板或腓侧板；用May钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折，可使胫骨远端骨折容易达到解决复位和牢固的内固定，切口容易闭合，疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the treatment of distal tibial fracture with May plate. Methods 33 cases of distal tibial fractures (According to AO's classification, type A 1 2 cases,A 2 5 cases,A 3 7 cases, C 1 7 cases,C 2 8 cases and C 3 4 cases) were treated with May plate. Results 33 cases had been followed up for average 23 5 months. All the patients recovered with good healing of the fracture. The outcome was evaluated according to Ovadia's criteria, and the excellent rate was 90 91%. In 19 cases of type C fracture, the excellent rate was 84 22%. Conclusion It is preferable to treat distal tibial fracture with surgery. Different kind of May plate should be used according to the different type of the fracture, and it is easier to obtain anatomic reduction and rigid fixation with this technique. |
