摘    要:随着基因微阵列的广泛应用,其数据处理越来越引起广泛重视。为了使数据处理高效率,规范化且易于实现,我们建立了一种基于Bioconductor的基因微阵列数据处理平台。该基因微阵列数据处理平台建立在Power Cluster 8000IN高性能计算系统上,用户可以通过网页访问实现数据处理,高效地实现Affymetrix微阵列的数据上传、预处理、差异表达分析、多重检验和注释。本文还分析了该平台的功能扩展方法。

Abstract:With the wide applications of gene micro-array, its data processing attracts more and more attentions. In order to process the data effectively, easy and in standardization we established a data processing platform of gene micro-array based on Bioconductor. This platform was set up on a computer of PowerClusterSOOOIN with high performance. Using the micro-array data processing platform, customers, via web, can process the data and effectively complete the data uploading, preprocessing, differential gene expression analyzing, multiple testing and annotating. The extending functions for the data process platform were also illuminated finally.
