| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健脾平肝法治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:中医组16例用中药治疗,西医组17例用西药治疗。以耶鲁抽动程度综合量表评定疗效。结果:总有效率中医组81.25%,西药组64.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后中医组的运动性抽动和发声性抽动积分明显低于西医组(P0.05),且西医组不良反应发生率显著高于中医组。结论:健脾平肝法治疗儿童多发性抽动症效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of invigorating the spleen and calming the liver method on children with tourette syndrome(TS).Method:16 cases were treated with Chinese medicine as Chinese medicine group while 17 cases were treated with western medicine as western medicine group.The therapeutic effect was evaluated with Yale Global Tie Severity Scale.Result:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 81.25% while that of western medicine group was 64.71%.There was significant difference ... |
