| 摘 要： | 目的探讨周围动脉疾病（PAD）介入治疗发生血管迷走神经反射（VVRs）的情况。方法回顾我院PAD介入治疗528例病人临床治疗,对12例发生VVRs患者资料进行分析。结果 12例VVRs患者均为混合型,发生在术中2例,术后10例。治疗后症状均缓解,未发生不良后果。结论 PAD介入治疗中应重视VVRs,一但发生应及时发现、处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe VVRs（vascular vagus nerve reflection） caused by interventional treatment of peripheral arterial disease（PAD）.Methods The data of 528 patients with PAD received interventional therapy were review,and VVRs occurred in 12 cases.Result The type of VVR in 12 cases were mixed,and VVRs occurred during operation in 2 cases,and after surgery in 10 cases.After treatment,symptoms were alleviated without adverse consequences.Conclusion During PAD interventional therapy should pay attention to VVRs should be detected and processing. |
