天行健牌金瑞芬胶囊延缓衰老作用的研究

目的 研究天行健牌金瑞芬胶囊的延缓衰老作用。方法 果蝇生存试验，大鼠抗氧化试验。结果 雌、雄果蝇0．2％剂量组的平均寿命与最高平均寿命均高于对照组，且差异有高度显著性(P＜0．01)；雌、雄果蝇0.2％与0．4％剂量组半数死亡天数均高于对照组4d。各剂量组血清中MDA含量均明显低于老龄对照组(P＜0.01)，高剂量组全血中GSH—PX含量高于老龄对照组(P＜0.05)，各剂量组肝组织中脂褐质含量与血清中SOD活力与老龄对照组比较无显著性差异(P＞0．05)。结论 果蝇生存试验与抗氧化功能指标测定结果均为阳性，天行健牌金瑞芬胶囊具有延缓衰老作用。

The Senility-Delaying Function Tian Xingjian Br and Jin Rui Fen Capsule

Objective To study the effect of Tian Xingjian Brand Jin Rui Fen Capsule against senility. Methods The survival test of drosophila and anti-oxidation test of rat were carried out. Result The average life-span and the average longest life-span of female and male drosophila group at the concentration of 0.2% are longer than that of control group (P<0.01); The half death day of female and male drosophila groups at the concentration of 0.2% and 0.4% are four days longer than that of control group (P<0.01). The serum MDA concentration in all administrated dose groups are lower than that of elderly control group (P<0.01). The GSH-PX concentration in the whole blood at high dose group is higher than that of elderly control group (P<0.01). The lipofuscin content in liver tissue and serum SOD concentration have no significant differences between all administrated dose groups and elderly control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The results detected by survival test of drosophila and anti-oxidation test are all positive. It is proved that Tian Xingjian Brand Jin Ruifen Capsule has senility-delaying function.
