| 摘 要： | 目的了解2008年珠海地区流行的H1N1亚型流感病毒血凝素重链区HA1基因特征。方法按照时间不同选取7株2008年珠海市分离到的H1N1亚型流感毒株,选取的毒株进行血凝素HA1片段序列测定并推导出其氨基酸序列进行基因进化特性分析。结果H1N1亚型流感毒株为珠海市2008年的优势株,与该年WHO推荐疫苗株比较有多个氨基酸发生了替换,造成抗原性发生一定的变化。结论2008年根据WHO疫苗推荐株生产的疫苗对该年珠海市H1N1亚型流感预防效果并不理想,导致2008年珠海市H1N1亚型的流行强度增加。
