应用等离子体质谱法同时测定进口奶粉中天然放射性钍和铀

摘    要:应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定了25种进口奶粉中天然放射性钍和铀的残留量。钍和铀的回收率分别为103%和98.5%。相对标准偏差为2.0%~2.5%和1.8%~2.2%,最低检出限为1.0pg/g和0.1pg/g:其最大检出值均低于国标方法的最低检出限。认为此法具有简便、快速、准确、检出限低、灵敏度高。且可进行多元素的同时测定,尤其适合食品中痕量级元素的分析检测,是一种值得推荐的新分析技术。

Abstract:A method for simultaneously determining Th and U at trace levels in 25 imported milk -powders by ICP - MS is described. Recovdry. RSD and the minimum detection limits of Th and U are 103%, 98. 5%, 2. 0% - 2. 5%, 1. 8% - 2. 2% and 1. 0pg/g respectively. Its maximum detection value are lower than the minimum detection limits of the national standard metnod. Specificities of this method are concluded to be simple, rapid, correct, low detection limit and high sensitivty. It can simultaneously determinate various elements, which is especially suitable for determining trace levels of elements in food. It is a new analytical technology worthily to be recommended.
