艾灸对宫颈癌放疗患者外周血T细胞亚群的影响

目的：探索艾灸对宫颈癌放疗患者T细胞免疫系统的作用。方法：采用单克隆抗体（MCAb)，借助APAAP桥联酶标法，检测2组宫颈癌放疗患者外周血T细胞亚群的数量。结果：艾灸治疗2个月后宫颈癌放疗患者外周血CD3^ 、CD4^ T细胞数量较艾灸前有明显增加（P＜0．01），而CD8^ T细胞数量下降，差异显著（P＜0．05）；空白对照组CD3^ 、CD4^ T细胞数量下降，但尚无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。同时分别观察了CD4^ ／CD8^ T细胞的比值，艾灸治疗组明显上升（P＜0．05），而空白组有下降趋势，但无显著性差异。结论：艾灸对宫颈癌放疗患者外周血T细胞有保护作用及免疫调节作用。

Effect of Moxibustion on Peripheral T-cell Subgroups of Patients with Cancer of Uterine Cervix

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of moxibustion on the peripheral T-cell subgroups of patients with cancer of the uterine cervix who receive chemotherapy.METHOD Monoclonal antibody (MCAB) and APAAP bridged enzyme labeling method were used to detect the number of peripheral T-cell subgroups.RESULT Two months after the moxibustion treatment, the number of the peripheral blood CD3 and CD 4 + T-cells in the patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer of the uterine cervix increased greatly (P<0.01) and the number of CD 8 + T-cells decreased markedly (P<0.05). In the control group, the number of CD 3 + and CD 4 + T-cells decreased insignificantly (P>0.05).CD 4 + to CD 8 + ratio increased markedly (P<0.05) in the treatment group but decreased in the control group, with no significant difference.CONCLUSION Moxibustion has protecting and immunologically regulating effect on the peripheral T-cells of patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer of uterine cervix.
