3000mL营养袋对骨髓移植病人的支持治疗

目的探讨骨髓移植（ＢＭＴ）预处理后，有胃肠反应及消化道溃疡等患者的营养问题。方法选用ＢＭＴ病人１０例作实验组，选预处理方案相近的历史性对照１０例，实验组患者均于ＢＭＴ后第１天～第３０天由锁骨下静脉导管输入３０００ｍＬ混合营养液。结果对照组病人体重较实验组下降明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）；实验组血清总蛋白及白蛋白均增加，而对照组则下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）；实验组外周血淋巴细胞增加较对照组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论３０００ｍＬ混合营养袋有助于ＢＭＴ病人的恢复

ALL IN ONE TOTAL PARENTERAL NUTRITION USED IN BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION

Objective Nutritional disability in bone marrow transplantation(BMT)results from the combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy used in conditional regimen.The overall gastrointestine response rate to chemoradiotherapy is very high.The BMT patients was given a 3 000 mL total parenteral nutrition(TPN) bag of mixture(all in one). Methods It was given from a subclavian catheter intravenouly from day l to day 30 after BMT.Theall in onebag contains 125 KJ/kg nutrients per day. ResultsThe average body weight at day+30 after BMT in the treatment group was decreased 0.55 kg(mean),the control group was decreased 4.10 kg( t=3.66 P<0.01 ).The total serum protein (TSP) was increased 1.10 g/L after BMT in TPN group,while the TSP in the control group was dereased 7.20g/L(mean)( t=2.18 P<0.05 ).The percentage of lymhpocytes in the treatment group was increased 7.5%,while 0.38% in the control group ( t=8.78P<0.001 ).We did not find any differences between the two groups in liver function damage,and in 2 years disease free survival rate. Conclusion All in one3 000 mL bag of nutrients was useful in decreasing infection rate and promoting the restoration of the patients.
