摘    要:目的:了解大学生的膳食营养情况,为指导大学生合理膳食提供理论依据。方法:在苏州卫生学院随机抽取268人,测量身高、体质量,膳食调查采用24小时膳食记录法,连续调查5天,以《中国食物成分表》为计算依据,用"中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量"(DRIs)作为评价指标。结果:大学生部分营养素摄取不足,热能供应不合理,每日3餐热能分配不均。结论:建议大学生调整膳食结构,提高营养水平。

Abstract:Objective:This article explors health and nutritional status of college students,guides reasonable meal for students and provides a theoretical basis.Methods:In SuZhou Health Academy,268 students were randomly selected,to measure height,weight and dietary survey using 24-hour dietary record,continuous investigation five days,"China Food Composition Table" as calculated and "Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes quantity"(DRIs) as the evaluation index.Results:The nutrient intake is poor,the heat supply is unreasonable and 3 meals a day heat are unevenly distributed for college students.Conclusions:The students should adjust diet to improve nutrition.
