864例暗娼行为性病调查分析

目的了解本市2006~2008年暗娼干预行为改变现况,评估干预效果,为在暗娼中进一步开展行为干预提供相关信息和依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对暗娼商业性性交易的不同场所女性性服务工作者(FSW)进行面对面健康问卷及采血检测HIV、RPR。结果2006年调查253名暗娼,血检HIV阳性2例(0.79%);2007年调查300名暗娼,血检HIV阳性3例(1.00%);2008调查311名暗娼,血检HIV阳性2例(0.64%);RPR阳性率依次为4.35%(11/253)、5.67%(17/300)、8.68%(27/311);艾滋病防护知识平均知晓率为61.26%(155/253)、67.29%(202/300)、65.72%(204/311);最近一次与客人发生性关系使用安全套比例为88.93%(225/253)、78.66%(199/300)、84.89%(264/311);最近一个月与客人发生性关系使用安全套比例56.52%(143/253)、48.00%(144/300)、59.81%(186/311);最近半年出现性病相关症状的比例47.83%(121/253)、74.67%(224/300)、45.98%(143/311),出现性病相关症状时到性病专科门诊和综合医院就诊的比例51.24%(62/121)、50.45%(113/224)、34.97%(50/143)。结论本市2006~2008年FSW中每年都存在新的HIV感染者;梅毒检出率呈逐年上升的趋势;防艾知识知晓率、性交易与安全套使用比例三年改变不明显。

The Investigation of Venereal Disease for 864 Female Sex Workers

Objective To study the situation of intervened behavior for the sex workers,and evaluate the intervened effect in Baise City from 2006 to 2008,so as to provide relevant information and basis for further behavioral intervention in other establishments. Methods Female sex workers （FSW） providing commercial sex services in various vice establishments were chosen by cluster sampling, they were given face to face healthy interview survey and conducted blood--collecting for HIV and RPR test. Results 2 in 253 FSW were positive in HIV test in 2006（0.79%）. 3 in 300 FSW were positive in HIV test in 2007（1.00%）. 2 in 311 FSW were positive in HIV test in2008, while the RPR positive rate were 4.35% （11/253）,5.67% （17/300）,8.68% （27/311） respectively. Average knowing rate of AIDS protecting knowledge were 61.26 % （155/253） ,67.29 % （202/300）, 65.72 % （204/311） respectively. The usage rates of condom in the last sex encounters with clients are 84. 76% （228/269）, 80.41% （312/388） and 71. 50% （148/207） respectively. The usage rates of condom in every sex encounters with clients in the latest month are 70. 26% （189/269）, 54.12% （201/388） and 35.75% （74/207） respectively. The rates of the advent of STD-related symptoms are 3.46% （90/269）, 42. 78% （166/388） and 57. 97% （120/207） respectively. The rates of visiting vene- realspecialized clinics or general hospitals after the advent of STD--related symptoms are 51.40 % （92/179）, 48. 65 % （108/222） and 28.74% （25/87）. Conclusion New HIV infections are found in FSW working in mid and low- grade establishments in Baise City from 2006 to 2008. Syphilis positive rate is high in low- grade establishments. The effects of 3 years＇ intervention in different vice establishments doesn＇t display an obviously change.
