西洋参果化学成分的研究

摘    要:从西洋参panax quinquefolius L,果中分得4个化合物,经理化常数和波谱数据测定,分别为β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-α-D-吡喃葡萄苷(Ⅰ),人参皂甘-Ra1(Ⅱ),20(R)-人参皂苷-Rg3(Ⅲ),拟人参皂苷-RT5(Ⅳ)。Ⅰ为首次分得的新化合物,其余为首次从该植物果中分得。

Abstract:Four compounds were isolated from the fruit of Panax quinquefolius L. , They were iden-tified as 20 (R)-ginsenoside-Rg3( Ⅲ ), ginsenoside-Ra1( Ⅱ ), pseudo ginsenoside-RTs (iⅣ) and a new com-pound named quinquetriose ( Ⅰ ). Its structure was established as β3-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-α-D-glucopy-ranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidences.
