Abstract: | A 40-year-old male patient is reported in whom a grossly inflamed thickened 70-cm segment of jejunum complicated a ''late onset'' immunoglobulin deficiency state. The pathogenesis is unknown, but extensive occlusion of the vascular supply to the lesion may have contributed to its development. |
