战士嵌甲症原因及治疗分析

目的分析战士嵌甲症的发生原因及治疗方法,以减少战士因战士嵌甲症的发生,降低部队缺勤率。方法对71例患嵌甲症的战士发病原因进行分析及行部分切甲＋甲床破坏术。结果战士嵌甲症的发生与指甲修剪不当、穿鞋质地和松紧、高强度训练及外伤有关。行部分切甲＋甲床破坏术治疗的治愈率达100%。结论部分切甲＋甲床破坏术治疗战士的嵌甲症,操作简便易行,损伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,不破坏趾甲的外观及保护功能,并能有效降低部队缺勤率。

The Cause and Treatment for Ingrown Toenail of Soldiers

Objective To analyze the cause of ingrown toenail of soldiers and to discuss the treatment.Methods 71 soldiers with ingrown toenails were treated with nail-cutting plus nail plate destruction.Results The incidence of ingrown toenail was related to improper nail-cutting,the texture of shoes,high intensive training and trauma;the curative rate of the treatment of nail-shearing plus nail plate destruction for ingrown toenail was 100%.Conclusions The treatment of nail-shearing plus nail plate destruction for ingrown toenail of soldiers has the advantages of easy performance,small wound,less pain,quick recovery,little affection on the appearance and function protection;it can help effectively reduce the absence rate of the army.
