| 摘 要： | 目的研究经肝动脉化疗栓塞(HACE)对老年原发性肝癌(PHC)的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2002年3月～2006年3月间采用HACE治疗的153例老年PHC病例,并以同期189例HACE治疗非老年PHC病例作为对照。结果老年组PHC相对于非老年组具有一定的临床特点,和非老年组的HACE治疗具有相似的近期疗效和生存率。结论HACE对不能手术切除的老年PHC是安全有效的微创治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization (HACE)on elderly patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC).Methods The data of 153 elderly PHC patients from March 2002 to March 2006 treated by HACE were retrospectively analyzed to compare with ones of 189 non-elderly PHC patients in the same period.Results Compared to non-elderly PHC group,the elderly PHC group had some clinical characteristics.Both groups treated by HACE had similar short-term therapeutic effect and survival rate.Conclusions HACE is a safety and effective micro-trauma therapy for inoperableness elderly PHC patients. |
