| 摘 要： | 目的比较三种采血方法对婴幼儿的采血效果，寻找婴幼儿的最佳采血方法，提高穿刺成功率、减轻患儿的痛苦。方法将门诊采血的909例患儿和新生儿科住院采血的患儿347例分别分为对照组、实验1组和实验2组，对照组采用常规静脉穿刺采血法，实验1组采用离心静脉穿刺采血法，实验2组采用桡动脉穿刺采血法，观察3种采血方法在儿科门诊和病房的应用效果。结果在门诊采血处，使用离心静脉穿刺采血法采取合格血标本的概率及穿刺成功率明显高于其他两组，且并发症发生率低（P〈0．05或0．01）；在新生儿病房，使用桡动脉穿刺采血法采取合格血标本的概率及穿刺成功率明显高于其他两组，且并发症发生率低（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论桡动脉穿刺采血法适用于新生儿病房，离心静脉穿刺采血法适用于年龄较大患儿的门诊采血处。
