癫痫患者认知功能状况及其影响因素分析

目的:了解癫痫患者的认知功能状况及其影响因素。方法:使用美国简明精神状况量表(MMSE)分别对134例癫痫患者和200例正常人进行认知功能测定,并对影响测验得分的多种因素进行相关性分析。结果:癫痫患者的认知功能较正常对照组明显下降。癫痫患者的认知功能障碍与起病年龄、病程、发作频率及每次发作持续时间等密切相关。结论:本次研究发现,相当部分癫痫患者的认知功能明显下降,在有认知功能缺陷的患者中,起病年龄、病程、发作频率及发作持续时间对其影响较大。

Analysis of Congnitive Function Status and its Related Factors in Epilepsy

Objective:To observe the cognitive function of epileptic patients and the factors that affact it.Methods:The cognitive function of 134 epiliptic patients and 200 healthy controls was evaluated by means of Mini-Mental State Examination.Correlation between the cognitive,dysfanction and its related factors were analyzed.Results:Among the patients who had cognitive deficit,the scores with all the subrest were significantly lower than control group.The factors related to the cognitive function of epileptic patients were the onset age of illness,duration of the disease,frequency of seizures attack before medication,and the duration of seizures.Conclusion:Many of the epileptic patients had cognitive function deficit.The factors contributing to the cognitive function of the disease may include the age of onset of illness,duration of the disease,frequency of seizures attack before medication,and the duration of seizures.
