中央型腰椎间盘突出症(附13例报告)

本文对13例经手术证实为中央型腰椎问盘突出症的病因、病理和手术治疗进行探讨。病因病理与一般腰椎间盘突出症一样,退行性变是基本原因,外伤、劳损为继发突出的因素,腰椎间中央部纤维环破裂髓核突出后压迫硬膜、神经,有的突破后纵韧带进入椎管而产生马尾神经症状,一旦确诊,应尽早手术,以免遗留残余症状。

Central Type of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc(A Report of 13 Cases)

Thirteen cases of central type of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc confirmed by operations were reported and discussed on etiology,pathology and surgical treatment, Its etiology and pathology are similar to other types of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in which the retrograde degeneration is the basic cause and,injury and strain the secondary factors. The central part of the annulus fibrosus of lumbar intervertebral disc ruptures and,the dura mater and nerve roots are compressed by the pro- truded nucleus pulposus. Sometimes the protruded nucleus pulposus breaks thrugh posterior longitudinal ligament intervetebrat canal and resulted in the symptoms of cauda equina. Once the diagnosis was con- firmed the operation should be performed as early as possible to avoid the remains of symptoms.
