S型真皮下血管网皮瓣腋臭根治术

目的：为腋臭根治提供一种优良的手术方法，提出手术设计，操作技巧及术后处理原则。方法：根据腋窝皮肤及大汗腺解剖结构特点，采用Ｓ型真皮下血管网皮瓣（ＳＶＮＦ）治疗腋臭８０例，随访半年；结果：术后及随访结果表明腋窝形态功能良好，无明显瘢痕增生，根治效果满意。结果：Ｓ型ＳＶＮＦ腋臭根治术优于药物注射、激光烧灼、局部皮肤切除术，正确的切口设计、操作技巧及手术后处理是手术成功的关系。

Radical cure of hircismus with S model subscutaneous vascular network flap (SVNF)

Objective: This study presented an excellent operative method for radical cure of hircismus and the principles of incision design, operative technique and postoperative care. Methods: According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland, 80 cases of hircismus were treated with S model SVNF and follow-up for half a year. Results: Postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated satisfactory effects without remarkable scar formation in the armpit. Conclusion: The results of treating hircismus with S model SVNF showed more superior to that of local drug injection, laser scorching and skin excision. The excellent operative results based on precise preoperative design, operative technique and postoperative care.
