中药调脂液和血脂康、辛伐他汀对中老年人高脂血症调脂作用的比较

目的 研究中药调脂液对中老年高脂血症病人的调脂作用并与血脂康、辛伐他汀比较。方法117例高脂血症病人随机分为三组,服药前及服药后第6周测定血脂。结果 三组治疗前后比较,三组间TC差异无显著意义(P>0.05),TG差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 中药调脂液、血脂康和辛伐他汀调TC作用基本相符,均适用于治疗Ⅱa、Ⅲb型高胆固醇血症;调TG作用,中药调脂液优于血脂康,血脂康优于辛伐他汀,因此中药调脂液和血脂康也适用于治疗其他类型的高脂血症。

Comparison of effects of the herbal lipid regulator decoction,lipidemia killer and simvastatin,on lipid modulation in the middle-aged and elderly subjects with hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the effect of the herbal lipid regulator decoction on lipid modulation in the middl-aged-and the elderly subjects with herperlipidemia, and to compare it with lipid killer and simvastain. Methods 117 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into 3 groups,and blood lipid levels detected before and 6 weeks after the medication. Results Before and after the medication, the results of 2xXX2 test among them were not significant (P>0.05),the difference on TG was very significant (P < 0. 01). Conclusion The effects on modulation of TC of the three drugs were similar,they were all suitable for the treatment of II a and II b hy-percholessteremia;due to the modulation of TG,effects of the herbal lipid regulator decoction was better than the lipid killer and simvastation,and the lipid killer were suitable for treatment of other types of hyperlipidemia.
