| Abstract: | Independent review serves as the utmost principle for a qualified ethics review,a combination of humanity concern and rigorous requirement as a main guideline,and ethical principles and regulations as stable basis. Therefore,the qualified ethics review can lay a solid ethical foundation for the scientific achievement for the biomedical research. |
