乳腺癌术后患者自我形象与应对方式和社会支持的相关性研究

目的:了解乳腺癌术后患者自我形象水平、应对方式和社会支持的现状,并分析自我形象与应对方式和社会支持的相关性。方法:对451例乳腺癌术后患者进行问卷调查,采用乳腺癌自我形象量表(BIBCQ)、应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)。结果:乳腺癌术后患者自我形象总分为(99.71±22.52);积极应对方式得分为(2.05±0.54);消极应对方式得分为(1.45±0.52);社会支持总分为(45.16±7.45)。积极应对方式、社会支持总分及各维度得分与自我形象总分均呈负相关(P0.01);消极应对方式与自我形象总分呈正相关(P0.05)。结论:在临床护理工作中,鼓励患者采用积极应对方式,建立更加人性化、全方位的社会支持网络,有效地提高患者自我形象水平。

Correlation analysis on self-imaging with coping style and social support of breast cancer patients

Objective.. To investigate the actuality of self-imaging, coping style and social support of breast cancer patients, and explore the correlation between them. Methods： 451 outpatients undergoing breast cancer surgery were assessed by BIBCQ, SSRS and SSRS. Results： The score of self-imaging was 99.71±22.52; the score of positive coping style was 2.05 ± 0.54; the negative coping style was 1.45±0.52 and the overall social support score was 45.16±7.45. Positive coping style, overall social support and each dimension had a negative correlation with overall self-imaging （P〈0. 01）; negative coping style had a positive correlation with self imaging （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion.. In clinical nursing, we should encourage patients tO adapt positive coping style, build a more humanized and comprehensive social support network and promote patients＇ self-imaging.
