长春瑞滨联合表阿霉素及环磷酰胺治疗晚期乳腺癌42例疗效观察

目的观察长春瑞滨联合表阿霉素及环磷酰胺治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法以42例复发或转移的晚期乳腺癌患者为观察对象,采用长春瑞滨联合表阿霉素及环磷酰胺治疗,21d为1周期,连续治疗2周期。疗效评价根据WHO（1981）评价标准。结果 42例患者总有效率为52.4%,其中Ⅲ期患者有效率68.4%,Ⅵ期患者有效率39.1%。其不良反应可耐受。结论 NECv方案治疗晚期乳腺癌可作为晚期乳腺癌的一线治疗方案。

Vinorelbine combined with Epirubicin and cyclophosphamide in Treatment of advanced bresat cancer

Objective To observe Vinorelbine plus epirubicin and cyclophosphamide in treatment of advanced breast cancer clinical efficacy.Methods 42 cases of recurrence or metastasis in patients with advanced bresat cancer to observe the target audience,Vinorelbine plus epirubiein and cyclophosphamide treatment,21d of a cycle of ongoing treatment and two cycles.Clinical evaluation according to WHO （1981）Evaluation of standard-huai.Results 42 patients,overall response rate was 52.4%,of which there are effective in patients with stage Ⅲ68.4%,Ⅵ patients with 39.1% efficiency.Of its toxicity can be tolerated.Conclusion NECv the treatment of advanced breast cancer can be used as first-line treatment of advanced breast cancer.
