摘    要:目的:探讨巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(Macrophage colony-stimulating factor,M-CSF)抗单核/巨噬细胞氧化损伤的作用机理,揭示M-CSF对小鼠巨噬细胞系RAW264.7细胞抗氧化系统影响。方法:以L929细胞条件培养液为M-CSF来源,采用酶活笥测定等生化测定方法,考察M-CSF细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽含量、脂质过氧化物含量、过氧化氢酶活性、谷胱甘肽还原酶活性等检测指标

Abstract:objective: In order to find out the mechanisms that macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) exerted its functions in alleviating the tert-butyl hydroperoxide (tbOOH)-induced oxidative injury to monocytes/macrophages. Methods: M-CSF riched L929 cell conditioned, medium (L929-CM) was used as the source of M-CSF.The antioxidant system in RAW264.7 cells were investigated by applying biochemical analysis such as enzyme activity detection. Results: M-CSF was showed to improve catalase activity and the content of reduced glutathione, while decrease the content of lipoperoxide in RAW264. 7 cells. M-CSF-treated cells also maintained high antioxidant capability when tbOOH attacked. Conclusion: M-CSF could. alleviate the oxidative injury to RAW264 .7 cells through improving their redox status.
