| 摘 要： | 目的评价闭合穿针外固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效.方法49例54足跟骨骨折均采用闭合手法复位,骨折复位外固定器外固定.结果良好32足(59.3%),较好18足(33.3%),较差4足(7.4%),优良率为92.6%.结论闭合穿针外固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效好,解决了复位和固定这两个根本环节.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the therapy of external fixation of closing needle thread-ing on calcaneal fracture. Method The patients with calcaneal fracture (n=49 with 54 feet) were restituted byusing closed manipulations and then fixed externally with external immobilizer. Result There were 32 feet withgood effects (59.3 %), 18 feet, quite good (33.3 %), and 4 feet, relatively poor (7.4 %). The good effective ratewas 92.6 %. Conclusion The therapy of external fixation of closing needle threading has a good curative effecton calcaneal fracture. Two key links in the treatment of calcaneal fracture, the restitution and immobilization, arehandled effectively. |
