| 摘 要： | 目的：总结介入治疗顽固性鼻出血、鼻咽纤维血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析介入治疗顽固性鼻出血32例、鼻咽纤维血管瘤4例的临床资料。结果：32例顽固性鼻出血中，30例治愈，有效率为93．7％。鼻咽纤雏血管瘤患者术中出血量均少于300ml。结论：介入治疗鼻出血、鼻咽纤维血管瘤疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of the interventional therapy in treating intractable epistaxis, nasopharyngeal fibroangioma.Method: A retrospective study on 32 patients with intractable epistaxis and 4 patients with nasopharyngeal fibroangioma was analyzed.Result:30 out of 32 cases with intractable epistaxis were cured, the effective rate was 93.7%. During the surgery of nasopharyngeal fibroangioma, the bleeding amount was less than 300ml.Conclusions:The interventional therapy is an appropriate and useful treatment in intractable epistaxis, nasopharyngeal fibroangioma. |
