| 摘 要： | 《内经》中“凡刺之法,必先本于神“的临床心理学思想,强调针刺过程中不仅要重视患者的心理调整,使其积极配合治疗,准确体会针感,而且要根据患者“五态“人格特征,善用针艾补泻.同时,医者应该“必一其神,令志在针“,随患者反应行针施术,这是提高临床疗效、防止意外事故发生的重要保证.
