| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性和并发性白内障后囊混浊的治疗方法。方法后发性白内障30例（33眼），经平坦部施行后囊切除及前段中轴玻璃体切除术。结果术后随访3－32月，32眼后囊中央形成直径3mm圆孔，切囊成功率达97％，矫正视≥0．5者占84．8％；未发现瞳孔区玻璃体疝、囊样黄斑水肿或视网膜脱离等并发症。结论该手术是一种安全可靠的后发性白内障治疗方法，特别适用于外伤性和并发性白内障，尤其是儿童人工晶体前膜形成者。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the management of the opacified posterior lens capsule in traumatic and complicated cataract.Methods A pars plana approach posterior capsulectomy with anterior segment vitrectomy was performed on 30 cases (33 eyes) of after cataract.Results They had been followed up for 3~32 months,32 eyes achieved a clear visual axis of 3mm diameter,the capsulectomy success rate was 97%. Visual acuities better than 0. 5(corrected) accounted for 84.8%. The complications of vitreous hernia,cystoid macular edema or retinal detachment not appeared.Conclusion The operation is a safe and reliable one for ther cataract.The indication is traumatic and complicated cataract,the children with intraocular lens anterior membrane formation especially. |
