造血干细胞移植术后患者发生营养不良现状及影响因素的系统综述

目的 对造血干细胞移植术后患者发生营养不良的现状及其影响因素进行系统综述，为早期识别营养不良高危因素，制定有效干预提供参考。 方法 计算机系统检索Medline、EMbase、Cochrane Library、知网、万方和SinoMed数据库，收集造血干细胞移植术后患者发生营养不良的现状及影响因素的相关研究，根据纳入排除标准筛选文献、提取相关资料及质量评价结果，并对文献进行定性分析。 结果 共纳入12篇文献，分析纳入研究结果显示，目前造血干细胞术后患者营养不良的发生率仍较高，且评估工具多样化，其影响因素有人口学因素、移植方式和治疗、营养支持方式和身体健康相关因素等，但有些因素的作用仍存有争议。 结论 现有针对造血干细胞移植术后发生营养不良的因素仍存在争议，且纳入研究样本量较小，今后需加大样本量，多中心数据分析。

To conduct a system review on published literatures related to malnutrition prevalence and influencing factors in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients. [Methods] Databases of Medline, EMbase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang and SinoMed were searched. Relevant studies were enrolled according to definite inclusion and exclusion criteria. Two individuals independently screened the articles, extracted data, and checked the results.[Results] A total of 12 article were included. The prevalence of malnutrition in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients is still high. There are many influencing factors for malnutrition in HSCT patients. [Conclusion] The existing factors of malnutrition after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation still remains controversial and the sample size included in the study is small.
