火炬树叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

目的对漆树科盐肤木属植物火炬树(Rhus typhina L.)叶的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、MCI柱色谱及半制备型高效液相色谱等多种方法分离单体化合物,通过波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate,1)、(-)-地芰普内酯(-)-loliolide,2]、没食子酸(gallic acid,3)、杨梅素(myricetin,4)、杨梅苷(myricetrin,5)、阿福豆苷(afzelin,6)、贝壳杉双芹素(agathisflavone,7)、铁力木双黄酮B(mesuaferrone B,8)、byzantionoside B(9)、blumenol C glucoside(10)、(6R,9S)-3-oxo-α-ionol-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、methyl m-digallate(12)和methyl p-digallate(13)。结论化合物2、9～11为首次从盐肤木属植物中分离得到。
