脂质体携载超氧化物歧化酶对离体大鼠心脏模拟缺血—再灌注损伤的治疗作用

摘    要:磷脂脂质体作为载体包裹超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)治疗离体大鼠心脏缺血-再灌注损伤,明显抑制脂质过氧化物形成,减轻心肌组织蛋白漏出,减少钙离子在缺血心肌的聚积,其疗效显著优于单用SOD或SOD加空白脂质体治疗。实验结果提示脂质体作为药物载体治疗心肌缺血是有前途的。

Abstract:Superoxide dismutase (SOD) entrapped in phospholipid liposomes used in the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion damage of isolated rat's heart significantly inhibited heart lipid peroxidation, ameliorated the protein leakage from ischemic myocardium and the accumulation of Ca2+ in myocardium. The therapeutic effect of liposomes entrapped SOD was significantly better than that of SOD alone or SOD plus liposomes. The results suggest that lipsome as a kind of drug carrier might be very useful in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.
