| 摘 要： | 目的：观察氨力农对慢性肺心病患者的临床疗效及对肺动脉平均压（PAPm）的影响。方法：将50例诊断为慢性肺原性心脏病的患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例,在心衰的常规治疗基础上加用氨力农150 mg/d,共7 d;对照组25例,在心衰常规治疗基础上加用立其丁20 mg/d,共7 d,观察治疗前后两周各组及组间心功能分级、超声心动图测肺动脉平均压力的变化并进行疗效比较。结果：两组治疗后较治疗前相比心功能均有不同程度的改善,但治疗组更为明显,差异有显著性;同时治疗组肺动脉平均压显著降低。结论：氨力农对慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者有明显疗效,同时能显著降低肺动脉平均压,使用安全。
