CHRO Mager念珠菌显色培养基鉴定法在临床中的应用

目的：探讨CHRO Mager念珠菌显色培养基(CHROM)鉴定法在临床治疗中的指导作用。方法：采用常规治疗组和念珠菌显色培养基鉴定法协助指导治疗组进行疗效和复查带菌复发率的观察。结果：9d前显效率常规治疗组87．62％，菌种指导组97．20％，下次月经前复查带菌复发率常规治疗组17．14％，菌种指导组5．61％。结论：CHROM鉴定法可主要用于非典型豆渣样白带患者，有针对性的指导临床治疗，达到提高治愈率，减少带菌复发的目的。

The instructive value of CHRO Mager monilial coloration culture medium identification in clinical treatment

Objective: To explore the instructive value of CHRO Mager monilial coloration culture medium identification in clinical treatment.Methods:We assisted and guided the relevant physicians in the observation of the clinical efficacy and the re-examination of bacteria-carrying recurrent rate in the routine group and the treatment group by CHRO Mager monilial coloration culture medium identification. Results:The effective rates in the routine group and the treatment group were 87.62% and 97.20%, respectively nine days after treatment. The bacteria-carrying recurrence rates of the routine group and the group of CHRO Mager identification were 17.14% and 5.61%, respectively. Conclusion:CHRO Mager identification can be used to instruct the clinical treatment of patients with atypical bean fecula leakorrhagia so as to reduce the bacteria-carrying recurrence rate.
