老年患者腰椎手术的探讨

我们对32例施行腰椎手术的65岁以上的老年患者进行了追踪调查。资料显示:老年患者腰椎手术后,跛行和下肢疼痛的术后成绩最佳,而日常生活自理能力和腰痛改善较好,下肢感觉异常等效果欠佳。下肢疼痛病程在5年以内或跛行在1年以内的术后效果良好。老年患者的腰椎手术进路,原则上以后方进路为主,单一椎体不稳定的腰椎滑脱症前方入路固定效果也较满意。

A Study of the Operations on Senile Patients for Diseases of the Lumbar Spine

A follow-up study of a consecutive series of 32 cases of the aged patients over G5 operated on for diseases of the lumbar spine has been made. The data of results revealed : After the operations on the lumbar spine , the senile patients had the best results with claudication and painful lower extremities and a fair improvement in the self care daily life and lumbago, whereas the result with paresthesia in the lower limbs was not satisfactory. With a history of short courses of painful leg under 5 years or of claudication under 1 year, there would be a satisfactory postoperative result. The approach of operation to the lumbar spine in the senile patients was principally the posterior one , yet for the single unstable lumbar spondylolisthesis, the result with the anterior approach was fairly good.
