| 摘 要： | 目的探讨独眼(单眼)白内障手术的可行性。方法对49例独眼(单眼)白内障患者行手术治疗。其中21例行现代白内障囊外摘出并后房人工晶状体植入术,28例行晶状体超声乳化吸出并后房人工晶状体植入术。随访3~130月,平均63.6月。结果术后视力均有提高。视力在1.0及以上者6眼占12.25%,0.5~0.9者15眼占30.61%,0.1~0.4者27眼占55.10%,0.1以下者(0.07)1眼占2.04%。脱残率71.43%,脱盲率100%。结论只要对独眼(单眼)白内障患者采取认真、稳妥、负责的态度,制定个性化的手术方案,手术仍是安全和有效的。[注:“独眼”指单眼(unque eye),另眼已盲或近于盲且视力恢复无望者,非指“独眼畸形(cyclopia)”]

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feasibility of unique eye cataract surgery.Methods 49 cases of unique eye cataract accepted ECCE(21 eyes) and phacoemulsification(28 eyes) and PC_IOL implantation.The postoperative follow_up was 3 to 130 months(average 63.6 months).Results Results of the 49 eyes,6(12.25%) had a final visual acuity(VA) of 1.0 or better,15(30.61%) 0.5-0.9 and 27((55.10%)) between 0.1-0.4,1(2.04%) was 0.07.The best corrected visual acuity was better than 0.3 accounted for 71.43%,the rate of VA>0.05 in 100%.Conclusion Cataract surgery and IOL implantation is safe and effective for unique eye cataract when taking earnest,prudent and responsible attitude and formulate individual surgery. |
