摘    要:目的 探讨粘附分子上皮钙粘素(E-cadherin,E-CD)、CD44H在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组织学SP法研究20例乳腺腺病及48例乳腺癌组织中E-CD、CD44H的表达。结果 乳腺腺病及乳腺癌组织中E-CD的阳性表达率分别为90%(18/20例)、42%(20/48例),两者差异有显著意义(P〈0.01);CD44H的阳性表达率分别为20%(4/20例)、81%(39/48例),两者差异有显著意义(P〈0.01);同时E-CD及CD44H在乳腺癌组织中的表达与其分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等有相关性(P〈0.05/0.01)。结论 E-CD及CD44H参与了肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移。

Abstract:Objective TO study the expression of E-cadherin(E-CD),CD44H and the relationship between their expression and the biological behavior of breast carcinoma. Methods Using immunohistochemistry of SP,20 cases of breast adenosis and 48 cases of breast carcinoma were examined.Results The positive rates of E-CD in breast adenosis and breast carcinoma were 90%, 42%, respectively. The positive rate in adenosis was higher than that of carcinoma(P<0.01);The positive rates of CD44H were 20%, 81%, respectively. The positive rate in adenosis was lower than that of carcinoma(P<0 01),and the expression of E-CD,CD44H in breast carcinoma were related with differentiation, depth of invasive, lymph node metastasis (P<0.01).Conclusion E-CD and CD44H were involved in the tumorigenesis, development, invasion and metastases.
