| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠全系膜切除（TME）术后吻合口漏的非手术治疗的可行性及治疗措施。方法应用能全素口服配合局部冲洗引流等非手术方法治疗直肠全系膜切除术后吻合口漏的病人21例。结果21例病人均能很好适应，引流管中无粪便样物引流出，均临床治愈。发生漏到治愈时间最短者11d，最长者35d。结论非手术治疗直肠全系膜切除（TME）术后吻合口漏费用低，疗效满意，安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of non-surgical treatment for anastomotic leakage after total mesorectal excision.Methods Nengquansu combined with sectional scour and drainage was used in 21 patients with anastomotic leakage.Results All patients were adaptable to the method of non-surgical treatment.After using the method,21 cases all healed,leaving no excrement things in the drainage-tube.The time from fistual occurrence to healing was 11 to 35days.Conclusion Non-surgical treatment of anastomotic leakage is effective and absolutely feasible after total mesorectal excision. |
