淋巴管密度和血管内皮生长因子在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨膀胱移行细胞癌淋巴管密度（LVD）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的关系及生物学意义。方法：应用免疫酶标组织化学二步法检测74例膀胱移行细胞癌、15例膀胱移行上皮不典型增生、15例正常移行上皮中D2-40和VEGF的表达,分析D2-40标记的LVD与VEGF表达的相关性及在不同病变组间的差异。结果：移行细胞癌组中VEGF阳性率和LVD高于正常移行上皮和不典型增生移行上皮组（P〈0.05）,浸润深度≥1/2肌层组VEGF阳性率和LVD高于浸润深度〈1/2肌层组（P〈0.05）;淋巴结转移组VEGF阳性率和LVD高于无淋巴结转移组（P〈0.05）,且移行细胞癌VEGF阳性组的LVD高于阴性组（P〈0.05）;移行细胞癌的VEGF阳性率和LVD与肿瘤细胞分化程度无关。结论：VEGF和LVD与膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为有关,VEGF可促进淋巴管生成。

The expression and clinical significance of LVD and VEGF in urinary bladder transitional cell cancer

Objective：To discuss the relationship and biology significance between urinary bladder transitional cell cancer lymph vessel density（LVD） and the expression of VEGF.Methods：Two-step immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of D2-40 and VEGF in 74 cases of urinary bladder transitional cell cancer,15 cases of urinary bladders to di vide and hyphenate a word at the end the epidermis atypical proliferation,15 cases of urinary bladders to divide and hy phenate a word at the end in normally the epidermis expression,and analyzed the correlation between expressions of D2-40 marked LVD and VEGF,and the difference in different groups.Results：The positive rates of VEGF and LVD in the transitional cell cancer group were higher than those divide and hyphenate a word at the end the epidermis normally and the atypical proliferation divide and hyphenate a word at the end of the epidermis group（P0.05）,the positive rates of VEGF and LVD of the infiltration depth ≥1/2 muscle layer group were higher than those of the infiltration depth 〈1/2 muscle layer group（P〈0.05）.The positive rates of VEGF and LVD of the lymph node metastasis group were higher than those of the non-lymph node metastasis group（P〈0.05）,and the LVD of the transitional cell cancer VEGF positive group was higher than that of the negative group（P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between the positive rate of VEGF and LVD of urinary bladder transitional cell cancer and the differential degree of tumor.Conclusion：VEGF and LVD have relationships with the biology behaviors of urinary bladder transitional cell cancer,VEGF can promote the production of the lymph vessels.
