| 摘 要： | [背景 ]探讨 18例股骨颈疝窝的CT表现 .[病例报告 ] 18例股骨颈疝窝病例的CT表现为病变位于股骨颈前上 1/ 4部位 ,呈圆形、卵圆形或分叶状的低密度影 ,边界清晰 ,周边有硬化环 ,直径为 3～ 10mm .[讨论 ]CT检查在股骨颈疝窝的诊断及鉴别诊断方面具有参考价值

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDTo analyze the appearance of C T in 18 cases of herniation pit of the femoral neck.CASE REPORT18 cases were herniation pit of the femoral neck, and the appearance at CT ima ging was that the lesions l ocated up and front one-fourth of the femoral neck, revealed circular or oval l ow density imaging and sharp-margined with a ring of bone sclerosis, and the di ameter of lesions was from 3mm to 10mm. DISCUSSION CT features of herniation pit of the femoral neck are useful to diagnosis and diff erential diagnosis. |
