氟西汀联合门诊森田疗法对肠易激综合征疗效分析

目的 :探讨氟西汀联合森田疗法治疗肠易激综合征 (IBS)的有效性。 方法 :对 98例经常规内科治疗效果差的IBS患者进行抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,焦虑自评量表 (SAS)评分 ,并与全国常模比较1 ] ;应用氟西汀合并门诊森田疗法治疗 ,总疗程 6个月 ,分别于治疗 3个月、6个月时各评定一次疗效。 结果 :IBS患者SDS、SAS量表分显著高于常模 (P <0 0 1) ,氟西汀合并门诊森田疗法治疗 3个月后减分显著 (P <0 0 1) ,IBS的有效率为 65 3 % ,治疗 6个月后IBS有效率为 83 6%。氟西汀不同疗程对IBS的效果有显著差异P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :IBS患者 ,尤其是经内科常规治疗无效的IBS患者存在着明显的情绪障碍 ,采用氟西汀合并“顺其自然”的森田疗法 ,能很好的改善病人的情绪状态 ,继而使躯体症状缓解

An analysis of therapeutic effect in irritable bowel syndrome treated with fluoxetine combination out-patient clinic Morita's therapy

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) treatment with fluoxetine combination out-patient clinic Morita's therapy. Methods: 98 IBS patients that the therapeutic effect of common medical treatment was low efficacy were treated by fluoxetine combination out-patient clinic Morita's therapy for 6 months. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale before and after 3rd 6th months treatment. Results: Before the treatment the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly higher than nationwide norm ( P <0.01). After 3rd month treatment the scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower than before the treatment ( P <0.01) and the effective power was 65.3%. After 6th month treatment the effective power was 83.6% and it was higher than after 3rd month treatment ( P <0.01). Conclusions: IBS patients, especially that was refractory by conventional therapy, have conspicuous emotional disorder. Sick emotional state and somatization can be improved commendably by deployed fluoxetine combination out-patient clinic Morita's therapy of to let nature take it's course.
